From wheel alignment to liveness detection

Concept to production, one team.

Enddrave is an engineering studio built to carry a device from first signal to shipped product under one roof — mechanical, electronics, firmware, and cloud, without handoffs between teams that don't talk to each other. That accountability sits with Director & CTO Bhupendra Kumar Gupta, an M.Tech Gold Medalist in Embedded Systems & VLSI with a decade in firmware and product engineering, CDAC-certified, before founding Enddrave.

Founder-led, hands-on

You work directly with the engineer who designs your firmware — not an account manager relaying updates from someone else's desk.

A vision system replacing a decades-old manual check.

For a commercial-trailer manufacturer, Enddrave is building a camera-based Wheel Alignment Vision System — replacing manual tape-and-thread measurement with a kingpin-referenced, drive-through inspection setup that reads thrust angle, scrub angle, and runout in seconds instead of manual measurement runs.

End-to-end ownership

Architecture, algorithms, field validation at OEM sites, and a production-track MVP with an operator-facing measurement app — one team from first design review to factory floor.

How it works

Camera array → kingpin-referenced calibration → angle & runout computation → operator app

  • Kingpin-referenced — measured from a fixed mechanical datum, not estimated from tire contact.
  • Drive-through, not manual — a few-second pass replaces a full tape-and-thread measurement run.
  • Field-validated — proven against OEM production lines, not just lab benchmarks.

01

Discovery & Scope

Your device brief, constraints, and target timeline become a fixed-scope plan with clear deliverables — no open-ended hours.

02

Design & Build

Schematics, firmware architecture, and implementation move together, with weekly visibility into progress — not a black box until the end.

03

Validate & Test

Bench testing and field validation against real-world conditions before anything is called done.

04

Deliver & Support

Production-ready hardware and firmware, handed off with documentation — and support after launch, not just at signoff.
